Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

The SEO Audit is an intelligent survey of the search engine compliance of your web pages as it exists. The auditing service is available as two packages Standard and Comprehensive; the latter being more extensive by taking greater consideration for additional variables influencing webpage relevancy and rank. The SEO Audit will address existing opportunities inherent within each audited webpage in light of conventional SEO standards. Note that there is no guarantee of top search engine placement or improved traffic. Any SEO Professional or Agency who states otherwise is guilty of misrepresenting their abilities and in violation of fiduciary trust. SEO is about mitigation and management - not absolute control. An SEO is in no more in control of the behavior of the Search Engine’s proprietary algorithm than that of a Fisherman controlling a school of fish. What these professions can do is study to understand the behaviors of the variables and take intelligent measures based on finding to mitigate risk and maximize opportunity. There is not one single SEO professional that has control over every external encountered on the web and with search engines. The web is a dynamic place. And search engines are ever evolving to thwart deceptive practices and search engine SPAM to ever improve user experience and the relevancy of results.
However, the SEO Audit will describe areas of opportunity and pose recommendations for change whereby the implementation of which will make audited web pages more search engine compliant thus improving the chances for higher quality visitor traffic due to improved and targeted web page placement in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
The SEO Audit will be segmented by Web page and Common Element if the website is dynamic (i.e. Footer, Header, Right Column, Left Column etc.) The Page Title and META Tags come first. Content comes second. Within Content is addressed Semantics.
SEO Audit may propose changes to page content and structure which the client may implement in-house or outsource. Content management services for the execution of SEO recommendations may be purchased separately. If a Google Analytics or Web Trends analytics installation is running and access is available then a search engine traffic derived keyword report will be created and used for each web page under audit to more accurately target web page primary keywords.
The SEO Audit Scope described herein is not categories within the SEO Audit itself but conditional factors whereby SEO Auditing is performed.
The SEO Audit report is not a binding contract to implement suggested change. All suggestions or action steps described inside an SEO Audit Content Management services is sold separately.

The Online Authority Acquisition Audit is a custom researched compendium of highly relevant and authoritative websites, directories, blogs, etc, both paid and unpaid. The strategic placement of a relevant referral link anchored by keyword-centric optimized text can improve web page performance and referral traffic levels and so The Online Authority Acquisition Audit focuses energies on identifying new referral sources. No recommendation will be made which are not in the client’s best interest. Only appropriate sites that the client has yet to acquire a link presence on will be suggested.
Qualifying conditions for inclusion in Online Authority Audit
1. Any site targeted for consideration must actively offer paid or nonpaid means for link placement.
2. Sites must be relevant to content for which improved online visibility is sought.
3. Sites must be of sound authority, the measure for which is Google Page Rank of 4 and above.
4. Client must not have a pre-established presence on the website.
All websites detailed in the Audit will have a means for obtaining link placement – either paid for or free or subject to other qualifying conditions. And placement is subject to suggested website’s webmaster’s discretion. Therefore, The Online Authority Audit service cannot claim or guarantee any consideration or conditions governing any link exchange program or that of webmaster reciprocity. Resulting actions of websites described in the Online Authority Audit in not the responsibility of the auditing party.
